## FAQ

**What is a "run" and how many keywords do I get?**
One run is one full pipeline job. You get up to 5,000 keywords per run—enriched with search volume, difficulty, and CPC, then clustered into pillar and supporting keywords. Each job you start uses one run from your balance.

**Why do I need 5,000 keywords?**
We run semantic clustering on your keywords so you get groups of related terms—pillar keywords with supporting long-tail variants. You can author content with whole clusters in mind instead of single keywords, which helps you capture more long-tail traffic and cover topics comprehensively.

**Where does the keyword data come from?**
We use a world-class data partner (the same used by enterprise SEO tools) with access to Google SERPs and keyword metrics. You get real search volume, keyword difficulty, competition, and intent—not estimates.

**How long does a job take?**
Most jobs finish in 1-2 hours. The pipeline runs persona generation, seed keywords, enrichment, expansion loops, and semantic clustering. You'll get an email when it's done and can check the dashboard anytime.

**Can I use different languages and locations?**
Yes. Choose from 46+ languages and 90+ locations (e.g. English / United States, German / Germany). Results are tailored to that locale so you can plan content for specific markets.

**What if my job fails or doesn't find enough keywords?**
We refund one run if the job fails or completes with too few keywords (e.g. rare language/location). You'll get an email and can try again with different domains or settings.

**What are "personas" and "clusters"?**
Personas are audience profiles our AI infers from your domain and competitors (e.g. "SaaS Founder", "Content Marketer")—each with intent weights. Clusters are groups of related keywords with a pillar keyword and supporting terms so you can plan content by topic.

**What information do I need to provide?**
All you need is your primary domain. You can optionally add up to ten competitor domains—we recommend at least three competitors for the best results.

**Do you have an API?**
Yes. The product is built API-first. You can find the API documentation link in the footer. Programmatic job submission, webhooks, and full API access are available. See the docs for endpoints and examples.
